Just like in games like world of warcraft, most high end guilds tend to jump realms/servers and instantly boost their characters or reroll classes into something completely new to them, if they dont research their new roles and responsibilities for the raids then theyll wipe the teams. No matter how bizarre it is to some people that i carry teams despite that i leveled my perks to 25 at perk training, they can keep telling themselves that im inexperienced all they want lolĭespite what anyone might do with the time in their games, you wont see everyone making research on each class, weapons and their differences in the spread sheets and the majority will just level and never learn how to use their resources just like in any other game.
